Even the Miller-Urey experiments have demonstrated the racemic (50/50) nature of chemical production of stereo isomers. There has been over 50 years to develop this methodology further, but nothing has come forth.

Panspermia just moves the abiogenesis problem to another location. Of course, the Murchison meteor has also demonstrated a totally racemic composition of the stereo isomers of the amino acids found in the non-contaminates.
