In light of the fallacies presented, which fallacy can be ascribed to the belief in abiogenesis, when there is no non-organic (not from bios, as used in the older definitions of organic chemicals) mechanism to obtain non-racemic (all levo rotatory or all dextro rotatory) stereo isomers of amino acids? Even the Miller-Urey experiments have demonstrated the racemic (50/50) nature of chemical production of stereo isomers. There has been over 50 years to develop this methodology further, but nothing has come forth.

Panspermia just moves the abiogenesis problem to another location. Of course, the Murchison meteor has also demonstrated a totally racemic composition of the stereo isomers of the amino acids found in the non-contaminates.
