was a graduate of the Hong Kong Baptist University majoring in Music
and performed Mozart violin concerto with the orchestra in the Hong
Kong City Hall in 1976. He is also an affiliate of the Royal
conservatory of Music in Canada and has good connection with the
music community in Hong Kong. He studied under the prominent
teachers viz Mr Lam Hak Han, Mr Carl Pini ( the concert master of
the London Philharmonic ), Mr Vincent Fritelli, Mr Chan Chun On etc.
He has also attended the master classess held by Isaac Stern who was
one of the great masters of the violin in this century. He has also
had vast experiences in playing different orchestras such as the
Pan Asia orchestra, City symphony orchestras and many others. He
worked for the Music administrative Office in 1978 and was praised
as a musically gifted musician. Many of his students have attained
good standards in the Royal School violin exams. His methods of
teaching will be flexible and will treat each student’s ability
individually. To arouse the students interests in music is what he
is mainly aiming at. You can depend on his expertise.
