The sound tech told me Emergen-C is the best kept secret of the theatre world, so let’s not let it be a secret anymore.<\/p>\n
ABOUT VITAMIN C
\nSince Vitamin C is an acid (ascorbic acid) which can irritate the kidneys, bladder and intestines, side effects associated with Vitamin C intake in large doses include heartburn, nausea, flatulence and diarrhea.
