Evolutionists Brainwashed by School and Science – Commentary
This was posted on one of my creation vs. evolution forums in response to another member. It was posted by a creationist to make the point that evolutionists do not think for themselves, but are brainwashed by what they learned in school.
All your notions on evolution are silly and false and you aren’t able to debate the subject because your only real answers are…That’s not what they taught me in school.

Avril Lavigne at ZAIA
Avril Lavigne stopped by and saw our ZAIA show today. She’s doing a concert down the hall Friday night as part of her “Best Damn Tour” show. She stopped downstairs in our green room after the show to say hi and get photo ops with the Cirque Du Soleil ZAIA cast.

Does a Piano Player Need to Read Music?
Question received:
In order to make a good pianist do I really have to learn notes and play them? Since 4 years from 12 to 16 I have played music by ear all the way through. I have also watched others play and I play what they play in a day literally. God gave me this talent to where I can play music that I want to within about 4 hours.

Folding a Piece of Paper 100 Times
Here’s a question for you: If you take a newspaper and repeatedly fold it in half about 100 times, how thick will it end up being?
Your answer doesn’t need to be exact. Just give me a ballpark.

Poe’s Law
Similar to Murphy’s Law, Poe’s Law concerns internet debates, particularly regarding religion or politics.
“Without a winking smiley or other blatant display of humor, it is impossible to create a parody of Fundamentalism that SOMEONE won’t mistake for the real thing.”
In other words, No matter how bizzare, outrageous, or just plain idiotic a parody of a Fundamentalist may seem, there will always be someone who cannot tell that it is a parody, having seen similar REAL ideas from real religious/political Fundamentalists.
Church Joke #728
One Sunday morning, the priest noticed little Alex standing in the foyer of the church staring up at a large plaque. It was covered with names and small American flags mounted on either side of it.
Johnny Cash at Folsom Prison

Here are some live videos of Johnny Cash when he performed at Folsom Prison – and also singing with June Carter. I watched the film “Walk the Line” last night so I’m in a Johnny Cash mood.
Many years ago I produced over a dozen songs for an inmate in California (he has a famous relative with the same name so I won’t post his name). He couldn’t send me recordings – so he would use his telephone calls to sing me his songs with his guitar – then would send me the lyrics by mail. We did this for several years working on his songs. Of course, one of his favorite recordings was Johnny Cash at Folsom Prison.
