  1. For anyone wondering this has been proven false. The reason you can read this is 1) not all letters are rearranged; in most words only a pair of letters (or 2) have been switched. 2) For the more complex words as well as the others contextual clues tell you what are going to read. 3) if you did try to read this phonetically, many of the words would be pronounced very similarly to the word that is “jumbled.”
