Who do you think are the Top Ten Genius Musicians of the 20th Century? Pretty hard question to nail with only ten spots – but after a couple minutes of thinking about it here is my list. (Ask me tomorrow and it would probably be entirely different.)

  1. I already got an email – someone thought that Jimi Hendrix should be on the list. I think of him as an innovator, think he should be in top ten?

Definitely The Beatles deserve a big recognition, so do Rachmaninoff and miles davis and john coltrane so do pink floyd queen and led zeppelin, i dont think art tatum should be on the list nor does glenn gould nor benny goodman all great talents but i think there are better ppl who deserve it more..

  3. Edgar Froese, founder of Tangerine Dream. Electronic instruments, not to mention music, would never have progressed as they have without him.

  4. jimmi hendrix wasnt a genius. i dont know what his iq was but I believe it was relatively low, I dont know why he would even be suggested
