November 2010 my cousin Karl and I took a two week vacation through Thailand and Cambodia. This is the second video I’ve ever made and did it on Imovie with a Mac. It was very fun to work on. After doing a few more on Imovie I plan on jumping into Final Cut and learning how to edit video in that. I have Final Cut Express to start. If you have any video tips or websites with tutorials that would be much appreciated.

Karl and I started in Macau, China where I live and he saw the Cirque Du Soleil show ZAIA where I work doing music. Then we flew to Bangkok for a few days. Then down to Pattaya and the island of Koh Sahmed, Thailand. From there we hired taxis to cross the border into Cambodia at Poi Pet. On to Siem Reap to see the Angor Wat ruins (incredible place to visit). Then down to Phnom Penh, Cambodia to see the S21 Genocide Museum and Killing Fields. Then back to Bangkok for final fittings on our custom suits. Back to Macau, a night in Hong Kong in Wan Chai and back to Macau.

I feel SO lucky that I’ve had the opportunity to see so many interesting places and countries while living in Macau. So far I’ve been able to see Thailand, Cambodia, Viet Nam, Philippines, Indonesia, Malaysia and of course China.

It was a very fun vacation. Thanks Karl for coming out to visit me! Hope some of you enjoy the video.
